Job summary

Kearney's Senior Business Analyst will be a key contributor to the growth of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice—Source Tower—as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. You will work alongside a diverse team to define and implement strategies that deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in a changing market.

We look for 3–5 years of experience, a master's degree or relevant undergraduate degree, and a background in management consulting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Master's degree, or an undergraduate degree with relevant work experience.
• Experience working as a Management Consultant preferred.
• Located near, or willing to relocate to, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.
• Requires approximately 50–80% travel, based on client and business needs.
