You will own projects from problem definition to implementation, delve into data, and develop practical, scalable solutions across multiple teams. This position requires a proactive, gritty mindset and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years solving business or operational problems in fast-paced environments.
• Experience carrying a problem from analysis through implementation.
• High agency and grit; takes ownership and pushes through obstacles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work with limited direction and manage multiple priorities.
• Quantitative or STEM background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
• Dig into processes, systems, and data to identify root causes.
• Develop practical solutions and partner with teams to implement them.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Programs, Growth, and more.
• Improve processes and systems that cause delays, manual work, or poor handoffs.
• Move quickly, keep stakeholders aligned, and see solutions through.
