Qualifications

• Proven change management and process-improvement experience.
• Ability to lead diverse, inclusive leadership teams with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Advise the VP and Leadership Team on priorities and milestones.
• Translate strategy into integrated operating plans and KPIs.
• Shape leadership communications for forums and executive materials.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and resource oversight.
• Establish governance, controls, and risk mitigation processes.
• Drive continuous-improvement across Development Sciences.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to remove barriers and align dependencies.
• Provide site-operations leadership for Ludwigshafen in coordination with global partners.
• Deliver concise performance reporting and actionable recommendations.
