Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high-volume warehouse operations in Ohio. You will oversee safety, customer relations, performance metrics, and P&L while guiding staff development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include optimizing layouts and processes, managing staffing, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving efficiency. Strong communication and leadership are essential to partner with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with staff development, facility layout, multi‑shift operations, project management, and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Expert knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• P&L exposure and warehouse/transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize productivity, quality and service across operations.
• Create and report on business plan objectives vs. actual results.
• Support front-line leaders in talent attraction and retention.
• Arrange staffing to ensure properly staffed distribution centers.
• Ensure safety and efficiency per procedures and standards.
• Build strong customer relations with stakeholders.
