Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior operational leadership role with multi-functional responsibility.
• Experience in injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Proven success leading operational transformation, process improvement, and growth.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
