Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the finance and operations backbone, overseeing ERP systems, facilities, compliance, vendors, and internal processes. Reporting to CFO/VP Operations, you will supervise the Office Administrator and partner with program teams to align operations with BEF’s mission and growth.

This role emphasizes strategy, change management, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a hybrid Portland work arrangement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive operations experience.
• Experience managing ERP systems and vendor relationships.
• Strong project management and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement BEF's operational strategy with leadership.
• Oversee ERP, IT, facilities, compliance, and budgeting.
• Supervise Office Administrator and coordinate with HR and program teams.
• Lead process improvements with data-driven approach.
• Represent operations in cross-department planning with external partners.
