Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is an entrepreneurial nonprofit delivering environmental solutions at the intersection of renewable energy and freshwater. The Operations Manager leads BEF's strategic and day-to-day operations, supervising the Office Administrator and coordinating with finance/HR partners in a hybrid Portland setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/nonprofit/public administration or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive operations experience, with 2-3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational functions including technology systems, facilities, compliance, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• ERP systems experience required; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong project management capabilities, including managing multiple complex projects with deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and strong ethical standards with handling sensitive information.
• Knowledge of nonprofit governance, compliance requirements, and risk management best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in operational systems and processes.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with the Office Administrator on board materials and records.
• Lead organizational change management and staff support during transitions.
