The role provides leadership to department managers and teams, monitors KPIs, drives process improvements, manages resources and budgets, and fosters a collaborative, performance‑driven culture in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of operations or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and teams.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, operational metrics, and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to align with company objectives.
• Establish and maintain standards, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor performance and drive productivity, quality, and profitability.
