Job summary

Adobe seeks a Senior Business Operations Manager for the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) within Adobe Technology Services. You will lead strategic investments, manage a large budget, and coordinate vendor contracts, delivering cost-efficient solutions and informed executive decisions.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, develop investment strategies, and drive operational excellence through analytics and reporting to enable Adobe's continued growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic/functional business operations roles
• Budget management experience of $100M+
• Experience managing technology portfolios and investment strategies
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
• Ability to influence senior partners
• Advanced degree or equivalent in business/finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the DEX VP, Chief of Staff, and leadership team to align decisions
• Own the DEX investment strategy and align to priorities
• Direct financial management of the DEX portfolio, including budget control and risk management
• Coordinate vendor contracts for cost efficiency and standards alignment
• Identify opportunities for software consolidation and cost reduction
• Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights
• Develop health metrics and reporting for leadership insights
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and executive communications
