Qualifications

• 10+ years of shown experience in strategic operational roles, partnering directly with senior leaders.
• BA or BS degree in a related field; HR experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and through tools like PowerPoint
• Outstanding ability to handle competing priorities across complex operations
• Critical thinking and ability to break down problems and derive insights from metrics
• Comfort with navigating ambiguity and a bias for action
• Ability to build relationships and lead change management initiatives at all levels
• Ability to learn and grow as business needs evolve
• Strong meeting design and facilitation skills
• Sound judgement and integrity with strong decision‑making abilities

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the operational cadence for running the BPT business and drive continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with the EX Operations team to drive initiatives across weekly, quarterly, annual and multi‑year planning.
• Lead quarterly progress reviews and communications to multiple organizational levels.
• Directly manage a team of three direct reports.
• Advise senior partners and serve as a trusted thought partner.
• Provide programmatic support and ownership for key BPT initiatives.
• Work with BPT leadership to ensure clear roll‑outs of programs and processes across the business.
• Foster strong, trustful relationships to align with Adobe's strategic direction.
• Model Adobe Values and drive alignment with Core Values.
