Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the sciences; MS/PhD preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements governing clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and interpretation of multiple clinical development programs.
• Oversee study enrollment and timelines; ensure data integrity.
• Oversee reporting of protocols, CSRs, and regulatory submissions.
• Act as in-house clinical expert coordinating scientific activities.
• Represent AbbVie at external meetings when required.
