Job summary

VersaDesk is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to scale the business alongside our CEO as we expand market share, deepen our dealer network, and grow our omnichannel footprint. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Los Angeles, CA.

The right leader will own operational strategy across sales, e-commerce, marketing, accounting and production, and drive cash flow, planning and growth to support a rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling midsize companies (9-figure revenue) across DTC & B2B.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of omnichannel operations (DTC, e‑commerce, wholesale/dealer).
• Experience in branded consumer products (furniture or durable goods preferred).
• Lean, hands-on leadership in a small-to-mid-sized organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive operational strategy across sales, e‑commerce, marketing, accounting and production.
• Scale infrastructure, systems and headcount to meet growing demand without sacrificing margins.
• Strengthen omnichannel presence across DTC, B2B, dealer networks, and government channels.
• Manage cash flow, production planning and supply chain as the company scales.
• Partner with the CEO on org design, performance management and long‑term growth.
