You'll drive strategy-to-execution alignment, support hiring and onboarding, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve client delivery and operational excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in consulting, operations, or a similar multi-functional role.
• Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Proven experience building processes, systems, and scalable frameworks.
• Experience supporting or participating in hiring and team development.
• Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and drive key strategic priorities.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable expectations across the team.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts.

• Identify gaps in structure, capacity, or capabilities and implement solutions.
