Qualifications

• Experience in high-tech business operations, chief of staff roles, program management, or similar function.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using AI platforms such as Codex, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGBT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core operational cadences and measure strategic priorities across the organization.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle and design onboarding and internship programs.
• Support AI strategy and advocate program; identify opportunities to implement AI tools.Drive executive communications and capture customer impact data.
