Qualifications

• Experience in high-tech business operations, chief of staff roles, program management, or similar function.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using AI platforms such as Codex, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core operational cadences and the rhythm of the business, tracking strategic priorities.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle experience and onboarding programs.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI tools to optimize workflows and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Executive Communications to document and celebrate customer wins and collect data on impact.
• Lead cross-functional, high-impact initiatives with measurable outcomes.
