Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic direction and create scalable processes for the Business Operations Team.
• Create programs and processes aligned with leadership vision and ensure adoption.
• Manage communication between stakeholders, team leads, and senior leadership.
• Project manage strategic initiatives with timelines, budgets, and playbooks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align programs with business goals.
• Share best practices with leadership, partners, and clients.
• Ensure budgets and KPIs/SLAs targets are met as per plans.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and supervision to the operations team.
