Job summary

Vibram FiveFingers is seeking an Operations Manager for our Boston office to coordinate U.S. supply chain, inventory, and ERP/EDI activities. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, E-commerce, and international teams to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and business continuity.

You will manage demand planning, product data, and distributor coordination while monitoring costs, performance metrics, and system improvements across partnerships and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in sales operations, supply chain, inventory management, or business operations, preferably in footwear/apparel/consumer products.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, distribution, order fulfillment, and wholesale operations.
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably SAP, and EDI; B2B portals knowledge.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, reporting, and data management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Ability to travel occasionally to office locations.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain and Distribution Operations: coordinate with distribution partners, manage ASNs, inventory movements, invoicing and packing lists.
• Inventory Planning and Product Management: demand planning, sell-through forecasting, SKU creation, product data accuracy, and vendor coordination.
• ERP, EDI, and Systems Administration: oversee SAP activities, monitor EDI, onboarding of new customers, and data integrity.
• Reporting, Forecasting, and Business Analysis: prepare sell-through analysis, budgeting, and monthly forecasts.
• Cross-Functional Process Management: align with Sales, Customer Service, Finance; improve workflows and reliability.
