• Provide premium customer service and support to customers via phone, live chat and email.
• Answer inbound phone calls during all available customer service hours.
• Assist marketing with communication and feedback.
• Assist and support sales ops initiatives and projects.
• Educate customers on the Vibram brand, products, and features; be the brand ambassador.
• Manage inquiries related to orders: entry, shipping, inventory, and status.
• Analyze reports and anticipate customer needs.
• Follow directives and complete tasks within given timeframes.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance as required.
• Perform other similar duties as assigned by supervisor.

We are looking for a E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to perform a variety of customer service duties including communicating to customers via Live Chat, answering customer phone calls; responding to customer emails. This job is expected to provide premium customer service to our customers. Support both the sales and marketing departments with all activities.

Successful candidates will have a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Duties require effective verbal and written communications skills; visual attention to written detail along with analysis of computer data; manual coordination in operation of keyboard equipment.

This role is hybrid with monthly in-person Boston Office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service and support to our consumers via phone, live chat and email.
• Answer inbound phone calls during the entire customer service available times
• Assist marketing with communication and feedback.
• Assist and support sales ops initiatives and projects.
• Educate customers on the Vibram brand, related products, and features - be the brand ambassador.
• Manage and answer inquiries relating to order process including order entry, shipping, inventory, and order status.
• Analyze reports and anticipate customer needs.
• Execute all directives in support of the business as requested and within timeframe specified.
• Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of the job.
• Perform other similar duties requested or as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements
