Job summary

Vibram Corporation seeks an Operations Manager for the Boston office to coordinate operational processes for the U.S. business.

You will oversee inventory planning, supply chain execution, distribution, ERP/EDI transactions, forecasting, and business reporting, working across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and E-commerce. This role ensures accurate management of inventory, orders, and financial transactions across systems, partners, factories, and service providers, driving business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years in sales operations, supply chain, inventory management, or business operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, distribution, order fulfillment, and wholesale operations.
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably SAP, and EDI; knowledge of B2B portals.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, reporting, and data management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand planning, inventory projections, and product availability across B2B and DTC channels.
• Manage inventory-related data, SKU creation, and product data accuracy; coordinate with factories on POs and buys.
• Oversee SAP activities: material setup, price lists, inventory transactions, month-end closure; monitor EDI flows and 940/945 processes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance to align demand, inventory, orders, and fulfillment.
• Produce sell-through analysis, inventory projections, and monthly budget allocations; support forecasting.
• Collaborate with international teams and distribution partners to resolve operational issues and maintain continuity.
