You will partner with the CEO, brokers, and leaders to strengthen controls, manage vendor agreements, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in operations, contracting, or risk roles, ideally in healthcare or related field.
• Executive presence and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management and insurance program, coordinating with broker and carriers.
• Audit contracts and implement a claims and loss-prevention program.
• Manage contracting workflow with legal experts and ensure clarity across departments.
• Optimize operations including budgeting, reporting, and executive summaries.
