CVS Health is seeking a strategic operations professional to support cross-business initiatives within Diversified Commercial Solutions. You will enable financial health transparency, own cross-functional initiatives, and drive engagement with partner organizations in a complex matrixed environment.

You will craft content for senior leaders and external events, partnering with the DCS leadership team to translate strategy into action.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field, healthcare insurance preferred.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process, including recurring deliverables and reporting cadences.
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a complex, matrixed environment.
Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
