Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a strategic leader to serve as right hand to the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers, processes and communications that keep the organization funded and accountable.
The role blends finance, strategy, and storytelling within a top analytics organization in healthcare. You will oversee budgeting, onboarding, leadership communications, and cross-functional governance while driving transparency and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of business leadership experience including Chief of Staff
- 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience
- 6+ years managing structured business processes such as recruiting and onboarding
- 6+ years of excellent written communication experience
- 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
Responsibilities
- Own the numbers and budget across the portfolio
- Lead onboarding and recruiting processes to scale growth
- Produce executive-ready materials and communications for leadership
- Support annual and mid-year planning with scorecards and metrics
- Run talent reviews and calibration and act on engagement results
- Coordinate cross-functional updates with peer Chiefs of Staff
- Identify blockers and escalate to SVP when needed
