Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Law & Corporate Advancement (LCA) unit. This full-time role focuses on optimizing organizational effectiveness through people, processes, information, and technology.

The position demands collaboration with senior leaders, governance design, and strategic planning to accelerate business value and enable growth. The role requires leading business rhythms, dashboards, and knowledge management, while guiding AI-enabled workflows

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Experience with senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience developing operational processes, governance structures, planning mechanisms, and performance management frameworks.
• Experience implementing technology-enabled improvements; Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination for development, monitoring, and execution of LCA’s annual objectives and long-term strategic planning.
• Prepare agendas and materials for regular LCA reviews to drive accountability, alignment, and transparency.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, metrics, reports, and planning materials to support leadership decision-making.
• Establish and continuously improve operating rhythms, governance mechanisms, and management processes for effective execution across LCA.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ideate to address shared challenges.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
• Oversee knowledge management within LCA and the knowledge center platform.
• Collaborate with IBP and HR to support organizational changes and training.
• Lead technology innovation and AI enablement initiatives within LCA.
