Job summary

Bentley Systems, a Nasdaq-listed infrastructure software company, seeks an experienced Product Counsel to guide legal and regulatory aspects of product strategy across AI-enabled infrastructure software.

You will partner with LCA, product and technology teams to manage privacy, data governance, IP, cybersecurity, and licensing issues, while aligning legal strategy with business goals. Travels up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership required.
• Significant in-house or technology-focused legal experience preferred.
• Experience supporting software/technology products with regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Technology leadership to advise on roadmap decisions.
• Monitor emerging regulations and industry developments to inform build decisions.
• Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable guidance for product teams.
• Balance risk management with commercial objectives in a fast-paced, global environment.
