Job summary

WMC International seeks a senior strategy leader to drive cross-functional initiatives and align executive priorities for Walmart Connect and related programs. You lead central workstreams, synthesize data, and guide decision-making with hypothesis-driven narratives.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, develop path-forward options, and own end deliverables in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
• 1 year’s supervisory experience
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy at large, matrixed organizations
• Hypothesis-driven thinking
• Ability to listen, communicate, and manage stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead central strategic workstreams for short- and long-term priorities at WMC International and Sam’s Club MAP
• Disambiguate multifaceted business questions and drive paths forward through proactive and ad-hoc workstreams
• Drive stakeholder alignment and accountability using workback plans and tracking inputs, action items, milestones, and execution progress
• Drive cross-market and cross-functional ways of working and business connectivity
• Define stakeholders and roles, diagnose key areas to solve, and develop objective hypotheses and path-forward options
• Synthesize complex inputs and data into clear, hypothesis-driven narratives for executive audiences
• Manage iterations based on stakeholder input and take stakeholders along through the process
• Facilitate executive decision-making and own end deliverables
