Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area, or 5 years’ experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs and measuring progress against performance standards.
• Lead and develop associates by hiring/selecting, training, mentoring, and providing feedback to build a strong team.
• Evaluate effectiveness of plans and initiatives by partnering with stakeholders and applying improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Define scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, governance, and risk management for multiple projects with routine status reporting.
• Lead content management initiatives by guiding platforms, templates, and governance alignment.
