Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Technology Operations leader to plan, monitor, and execute medium-complexity technology programs aligning with strategic objectives. This role requires risk assessment, resource estimation, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver excellent program outcomes.

You will support technology strategy, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and maintain operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering management, or related field with 3 years’ PM experience.
• Alternatively, 5 years’ experience in project/program management, program operations, or related area.
• Preferred: Master’s degree with 2 years’ PM experience and accessibility-focused project experience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional outcomes with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Deliver high-visibility, high-impact programs.
• Lead stakeholder engagements for quarterly planning, KPI definitions, and executive updates in an agile environment.
• Define and execute plans for priority initiatives and product enhancements in an agile setting.
• Strengthen PM practices, build mastery, and inspire creativity and innovation.
• Drive effectiveness and partnerships with enthusiasm across the program team.
