Job summary

Taxwire in New York is seeking a high-ownership Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and scale the business. You will manage strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional work, and turn ideas into durable actions.

You’ll own the operating cadence, build processes, and help recruit, forecast, and report performance. This role requires 3–5 years of fast-growth startup experience, exceptional judgment, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create leverage for the CEO by removing low-value work and ensuring priorities move forward.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from idea to completion.
• Help build scalable company processes and reporting as Taxwire grows.
• Own initiatives where no single owner exists and drive them to completion.
• Develop an operating cadence and rigorous processes to enable growth.
