Job summary

Michels Preconstruction Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead financial activities across the organization and support the Management team.

This role coordinates invoices, payroll, project cost tracking, and document control to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting. You will optimize processes, manage Salesforce CRM data, expense tracking, and monthly reporting while supporting personnel development and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and/or 5+ years of related administrative experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Check and prepare invoices for approval, route to Accounts Payable for payment and track payment status.
• Ensure payroll records are accurately tracked, entered and maintained across divisions.
• Assist with project management activities, including job and cost code setup and cost tracking.
• Manage document control processes and ensure information is accessible and secured.
• Facilitate and audit Salesforce CRM data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Track and audit expenses and produce monthly reports.
