Michels Corporation is seeking an Operations Financial Manager to provide financial and accounting oversight for the system transaction support center. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate with leadership, and expertise in ERP environments, BI tools, and financial consolidation.

The position emphasizes leading a team, coordinating with multiple groups, and delivering timely financial insights to drive process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferably).
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in ERP-driven financial management environments.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Experience in financial consolidation (desired).
• Construction industry experience (desired).
• Valid driver license for applicable vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees; drive performance and growth.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from business leads; ensure service levels are met and issues are escalated when needed.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting and analytics; measure and report key financial metrics.
• Provide resources and information to meet business needs; maintain open communication with business leads.
• Lead special projects to strengthen analysis and implement process and system enhancements with IT and other teams.
