• Supervise a Senior Specialist on the Budget & Resource Operations team.
• Serve as liaison between procurement, finance, and program teams to ensure accuracy of contracting documents and payments.
• Track contract workflows and identify delays or errors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline contracting and payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements across contract and budget operations.
• Track budget commitments and communicate with stakeholders.
