Job summary

Canteen North America is seeking an Operations Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across operations. You will own month-end close, P&L performance, and provide actionable insights to drive cost control and profitability.

Based in the United States, the role partners with operations leadership to shape financial plans, manage risks, and ensure compliant reporting. A strong background in hospitality/foodservice finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes with operations leadership.
• Manage forecasts, analyze drivers, risks, and opportunities affecting financial performance.
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
