Reporting to the Director of Engagement, the full-time Coordinator, Engagement creates opportunities for community members and corporate partners to experience the mission of UW through delivering thoughtfully curated opportunities year-round to generate support for UW. The successful candidate is excited to grow and deepen our volunteer engagement efforts both size and depth through outreach, education, events, and relationship building. In addition, candidates will be passionate about the mission of United Way to build a more economically just region.

The Coordinator, Engagement, plays an integral role on the Engagement team within the Development division. This role will provide support for tracking engagement data, triaging requests, logistical planning of opportunities, expense tracking, and stewardship. They will take initiative; experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; handle confidential information with discretion; competent and comfortable with public speaking, strong communication skills both written and verbal, and proven follow up skills to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.
