United Way of Massachusetts Bay seeks a Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships to support the team with database maintenance, pledge processing, and donor communications. Responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating event-related activities that engage volunteers and donors.

The role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, plus the ability to work both independently and in teams. Hybrid work with some in-office days is available.

Formación

• 2–3 years of administrative development support experience in private or nonprofit sectors.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with data management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate clearly with staff, donors, and volunteers.
• Ability to build internal partnerships and influence across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the point person to support the Corporate Partnerships team in database management using Andar.
• Prepare reports for workplace fundraising campaigns and maintain donor records.
• Process pledges and inform team members of new sustained giving activity.
• Provide event support for regional events and coordinate communications for campaigns.
• Assist with volunteer and donor communications and various department projects.
