Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a Senior Leadership Operations role to oversee daily execution of inbound/outbound warehouse, fleet services, facilities, beverage services, and transportation, while developing the operations management team for future executive opportunities.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, cost control and cross-functional collaboration to meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a closely related field required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 7 years of Operations management experience with demonstrated progressive levels of management experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and complete Sysco defensive driving program; Incident Command System training within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound warehouse, fleet services, facilities, beverage services, and transportation operations.
• Support executive office in developing annual profit plan with management input.
• Manage budgets including labor, benefits, supplies, assets, capital investments and third party contracts.
