Dr. Squatch is seeking a Strategic Operations Associate Director in Marina Del Rey, CA, to lead cross-functional, high-impact initiatives across procurement, fulfillment, manufacturing and supply chain.

The role requires 8+ years in consulting, operations, finance or analytics. You will develop relationships between teams, oversee KPI tracking, and deliver executive-ready analyses and presentations in a fast-growing, consumer-goods environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in consulting, operations, finance, or business analytics roles.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of supply chain operations in an e-commerce or retail setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup and/or CPG is a plus.
• Highly detailed, organized, and structured problem solver.
• People development and managerial experience, with direct reports, is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast-paced learner and self-starter, comfortable operating in a growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Propose, lead, and drive large-scale, strategic projects (including clarifying the opportunity, defining analysis, leading data collection, assessing findings and synthesizing learnings) to drive high impact across Dr. Squatch’s key goals and objectives encompassing a wide range of subject matter areas including Procurement, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Quality, etc.
• Own high-impact cross-functional initiatives that advance core business and integration priorities (e.g., margin expansion, working capital improvements), from scoping through measurable results.
• Deliver executive-quality presentations and written communications to gain stakeholder buy-in during times of hyper-growth and change
• Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic objectives and improvements across Operations and cross-functionally
• Perform ad hoc analyses including financial/operational modeling, process design, and research
• Contribute as a flexible all-around team player - your responsibilities will constantly be growing and evolving based on business needs

Formation

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a quantitative field
