Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in consulting, operations, finance, or business analytics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations in e-commerce/retail.
• Experience in fast-growth startups or CPG is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across Procurement, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Own cross-functional programs from scoping to measurable results.
• Deliver executive-quality presentations and communications.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvement initiatives across Operations.
