Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of operational leadership and program management experience at a management level.
• Experience managing grants and/or contracts with fiscal oversight.
• Willingness to travel in Bergen Co NJ and to conferences.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example through servant leadership values and sets operational strategy.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with funders, staff, partners and employers.
• Oversees fiscal operations, budgeting, and cost controls to meet contractor expectations.
• Ensures contract compliance and performance across multiple departments.
