Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in managing programs and services.
• Senior management experience with multiple departments/functions and interaction with executives or boards.
• Experience in fiscal/financial management and grants/contracts.
• Proven ability to manage contractual relationships.
• Travel to conferences and sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through servant leadership and promote the company mission.
• Set strategy for successful operations considering funder, local area and organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funders, staff, partners and employers.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and staff development; set SMART goals.
• Ensure compliance with contractual expectations and reporting requirements.
• Forecast spending and manage budgets to align with funding.
