Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years in executive management.
• Experience supervising managers, directors, or professional staff.
• Knowledge of budgeting, project management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and supervision to Department Directors.
• Monitor programs, budgets, projects, and performance.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and strategic initiatives.
• Support infrastructure and capital improvement project oversight.
• Ensure services meet tribal and federal requirements.
