Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking an Operations Officer to coordinate NCFT participation in Army Modernization and Equipping Conferences. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad audience, leveraging DOTML PF expertise to guide planning.

The ideal candidate will coordinate staff actions, synchronize Army Futures Command events, and develop action plans with milestones while engaging senior Army leaders and preparing after-action reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 3 years experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (master’s preferred)
• Prior experience in operations or event coordination, preferably within a military background
• Strong understanding of the DOTML PF framework
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership and team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NCFT Participation: ensure NCFT participation in Army Modernization and Equipping Conferences, including logistics, materials, and personnel
• Effective Communication: present information and reports orally and in writing to staff and audiences
• DOTML PF Expertise: guide decision-making and planning processes
• Staff Coordination: coordinate staff actions internally and externally
• Event Synchronization: align Army Futures Command events with NCFT goals
• Planning and Milestones: develop action plans and glidepaths
• Senior Leader Engagement: provide updates to Army Senior Leaders
• After Action Reports: prepare reports to evaluate events
• Operational View Charts: utilize charts to enhance decisions
• Battle Rhythm Meetings: participate in internal meetings
• Working Group Support: build agendas and lead NCFT meetings
• Milestone Decision Points: track reporting of milestones
• Long-Range Calendar: assist in calendar planning
• Sitreps and SigActs: prepare situation reports and significant actions
• Exum and Activity Review: review upcoming activities
