Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking an Operations Officer to coordinate NCFT participation in Army Modernization and related conferences. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, clear written and oral communication, and a deep understanding of the DOTML PF framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/administration, management, finance, communications, or related field.
• 3 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (master’s preferred).
• Prior experience in operations or event coordination, preferably within a military background.
• Strong understanding of the DOTML PF framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NCFT participation: logistics, materials, and personnel for Army Modernization conferences.
• Present information and reports orally and in writing to staff and audiences.
• Possess a strong understanding of the DOTML PF framework to guide planning.
• Coordinate staff actions internally and externally.
• Synchronize Army Futures Command events with NCFT goals.
• Develop action plans and milestone glidepaths.
• Work with Army Senior Leaders to provide updates and support needs.
• Prepare after-action reports to evaluate outcomes.
• Understand and utilize operational view charts for decision-making.
• Participate in Battle Rhythm meetings and contribute to NCFT alignment.
• Develop working group guides, agendas, and lead NCFT meetings.
• Track milestone decision points and monitor progress.
• Assist in building a long-range calendar for activities.
• Prepare sitreps and SigActs for stakeholders.
• Review upcoming activities and provide insights for execution.
