Job summary

T2S Solutions in Maryland is seeking an Operations Officer to coordinate NCFT participation in Army Modernization and Equipping Conferences. You will work with Army Senior Leaders and internal/external stakeholders to synchronize events, develop milestone glidepaths, produce after-action reports, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, communications, or related field.
• 3 years experience; security clearance eligibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• DOTML PF framework understanding.
• Ability to coordinate across staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NCFT participation in Army conferences including logistics and personnel.
• Communicate information clearly to diverse staff and audiences.
• Apply DOTML PF framework to guide planning and decision making.
• Synchronize Army Futures Command events with NCFT objectives.
• Develop action plans and milestones with glidepaths.
• Prepare after action reports evaluating outcomes.
• Maintain long-range calendars and sitreps for stakeholders.
