Job summary

Affiliated Distributors, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide broad process and project support for the Electrical & Industrial Business Unit. You will liaise with Members and Supplier Partners and support divisions within the BU, handling communications, file maintenance and event coordination.

The role covers travel planning, meeting support, and ad-hoc reporting for member meetings, plus implementing process improvements. Based in a hybrid Wayne, PA setting with some travel.

Responsibilities

• Support E&I operations with correspondence, file maintenance and partner profile updates.
• Assist with divisional data requests and ad-hoc reporting for meetings.
• Provide meeting support for North American and regional events including registrations and materials.
• Coordinate large industry events, travel details and onsite requirements for AD attendees.
• Deliver executive travel support and meeting logistics for the Business Unit President.
• Identify process improvements and ensure presentation/documentation consistency.
• Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.
