Job summary

Affiliated Distributors (AD) is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Electrical & Industrial Business Unit in the Wayne, PA area in a hybrid role. You will provide process and project support, travel coordination, and internal/external communications support.

You will liaise with Members and Supplier Partners, maintain files, manage event calendars, and assist with meetings, travel, and large industry events. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad operations support for the Electrical & Industrial Business Unit.
• Maintain electronic and paper files for Members and Supplier Partners.
• Assist with updating company profiles on AD’s private site.
• Manage calendar of events and coordinate travel for meetings.
• Support data requests and ad-hoc reporting for meetings.
• Coordinate registrations and materials for meetings and awards.
• Support large industry events and logistics for attendees.
• Assist the BU President with travel and onsite meals.
• Identify process improvements and share best practices.
