CVS Health is seeking an accomplished executive operations leader to partner with the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own budgets, processes, and communications that drive the organization’s performance and storytelling.

The role combines strategy, finance, and storytelling with AI-enabled insights in a high-visibility environment. Open to full-time remote work within the U.S. and requires senior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership including Chief of Staff with budget management and executive communications.
• Experience in optimizing operational processes and driving ROI through analytics insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage budgets and value realization across the portfolio.
• Organize recruiting, onboarding and leadership workshops to enable speed and alignment.
• Produce executive-ready materials and lead communications for leadership town halls.
• Support strategic planning, goals, and scorecards with performance metrics.
• Lead talent reviews, engagement analysis, and development actions.
• Coordinate with peer Chiefs of Staff and Digital/Data/Analytics teams.
• Identify blockers and escalate to SVP as needed.
