Hope Villages of America seeks a Chief of Staff - Strategic Operations in Clearwater, FL. The role partners with the President & CEO to turn strategy into coordinated action across programs, departments, and governance structures.

Key duties include leadership-team coordination, cross-functional project execution, and regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities. Requires 5+ years in leadership and nonprofit governance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience supporting a Board of Directors and nonprofit governance knowledge.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and measure results.
• Familiarity with the Pinellas County nonprofit community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the President & CEO and translate priorities into plans.
• Coordinate strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide timely information, analysis, and recommendations on organizational matters.
• Represent the President & CEO internally when appropriate.
• Lead or coordinate major strategic initiatives and report progress to leadership.
