ARServices Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Budget Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Chemical and Biological Department. The role supports PPBE, budget, and acquisition tasks and serves as backup to the CBE Division PMO A&AS Lead.

Based at DTRA Headquarters in Fort Belvoir, VA with minimal travel, the candidate will work with internal/external stakeholders, prepare briefings, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, financial management, or related field.
• Additionally, a science degree with experience in executive-level correspondence.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with BS, or 1+ year with MS.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of Warfighter engagements and related initiatives.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and offer advice on acquisition and PPBE tasks.
• Manage and monitor Purchase Request processes at the CBC Division level.
• Coordinate and consolidate complex technical, programmatic, and strategic responses.
• Provide support to PMO Lead and Division Chief as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
