The role emphasizes SOP development, onboarding, training, and cross-department coordination, with a focus on analytics, dashboards, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in human or animal healthcare.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and dashboards.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring operational and performance reports.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and leadership scorecards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate system implementations, documentation, training, and support.
• Lead or coordinate company-wide operational projects from planning through implementation.
• Track project owners, deadlines, decisions, and deliverables.
• Partner with HR on onboarding, training, and employee review processes.
