Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in healthcare operations, strong analytics, and experience building dashboards. Relocation assistance is available and a bonus program is offered with the salary range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in human or animal healthcare.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or data management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and dashboards.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, presentations, and PM tools.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute recurring operational and performance reports.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and leadership scorecards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvements.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and internal resources.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and people operations.
• Support multi-location operations and cross-functional projects.
